This privately owned consultancy are a Multi-Discipline Construction Consultancy and have been around since 1970 and employ over 170 people. The Role

An exciting career opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employer's Agent to join a multi-discipline practice that delivers a range of consultancy and construction management services on a variety of projects at their South East London office. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for the pre and post-contract delivery of various new-build housing projects throughout the South East and London. The role offers an excellent opportunity to get involved in a variety of different aspects of the project with the opportunity to identify and develop potential new business

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background of delivering new-build housing projects for Registered Providers with a strong approach to cost and quality control. They will demonstrate experience of working on mixed-use developments and regeneration schemes; furthermore they will need excellent knowledge of procurement approaches and sound knowledge of construction.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be confident with managing their own workload as well as manage direct and assisting in the workloads of a colleague(s) in accordance with Practice procedures, aims and objectives

Have a demonstrable background of delivering mixed-tenure and mixed-use developments advising the Client throughout the entire construction process

Have a high level of commerciality, which is required in order to advise their Clients appropriately throughout the options appraisal phase

Manage financial aspects of projects and keep the Client up-to date at all times

Generate repeat business from Clients and develop new Clients

Understanding of construction cost and values

Strong Client facing skills
