A prolific opportunity for a senior consultant to join a privately-owned consultancy that offers project and programme management, strategic advice and change management in London.
About the client;
The business was founded by three Directors, who are all majority shareholders, ten years ago to plug the gap in the market for assisting public and private sector clients on strategic decision making. Projects range from large-scale regeneration projects, education, local government and infrastructure programmes with typical values ranging from £50m to £1bn. Their services range from development management, financial modelling, viability studies, strategic planning, change management and project management.
Currently a thirty strong business with aspirations to grow to forty by March 2020. Their offices are open plan which really drives collaborative working and team bonding which was evident after our meeting with them. They reward, on a monthly basis, the best employee with £200 worth of vouchers which really helps drive a best in practice mentality.
About the role;
As a senior consultant, you will be very much involved with multiple projects at one time. The role could see you working on development management for one client for two hours then viability studies for another client hence you will need to be able to ‘zoom out’, multi-task and problem solve simultaneously.
You will be well versed in some of the aforementioned services with, ideally, a degree and/or masters in architecture, urban planning, town planning for example. In an ideal world you will be working within a public sector organisation i.e. a London Borough, government organisation or housing association.
