Chartered Building Surveyor
An MRICS Building Surveyor is required, to join a well regarded multi-discipline property and construction consultancy based in Leicester.
The company have 10 offices based in the UK and are comprised of over 500 employees operating globally. They work within a variety of sectors, providing exceptional solutions within Education, Commercial, Government, Housing, Motorsports and many more.
Leicester’s office is comprised of 30 professionals ranging from Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors, CDM and Project Managers.
More specifically the Building Surveying team is 9 strong, comprised 1 Director, 2 Senior Building Surveyors, 1 Chartered Building Surveyor and 1 Graduate Building Surveyor. They are very experienced and well regarded in the local and regional market, known for delivering a timely, pragmatic and quality service offering.
Projects include Large Industrial and Commercial schemes with contract values ranging up to £30million.
If successful, you will be responsible for providing advice on repair and refurbishments within the residential and commercial sectors, working closely with private and public sector clients.
You will be required to carry out Building, Condition and Measured surveys, Dilapidations, Party wall, Building pathology, Specification and Contract Administration thorough to Technical Due Diligence, Planning applications, Appeals, Boundary disputes and Government grants.
You must be MRICS and enjoy generalist building surveying and have a successful track record in a consultancy or private practice.
