Chartered Building Surveyor
A superb opportunity has arisen for a chartered building surveyor to progress their career, within a highly reputable consultancy in London.
Our client is a privately-owned partnership, with over 100 offices worldwide, providing a wide range of consultancy services to some of the worlds most recognised brands. These services include Building Surveying, Project Management, Capital Allowances, Cost Management, Health & Safety services and more.
This exciting opportunity has come about due to an increase in demand for their services with new and existing clients. Working closely with the Head of Building surveying, you will be provided with a sensational platform, that will see you deliver project and professional services to some of their key accounts. The types of properties you will encompass range from offices to large retail, industrial and on occasion, listed properties.
You will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of surveyors, leading a number of projects ranging from office refurbishment’s through to design and build industrial sites procured via JCT, that value from a few hundred thousand up to a few million.
The successful applicant will be chartered (MRICS), with a good commercial grounding, organised, with an eye for developing and nurturing new and existing relationships. You will enjoy the delivery aspect though have passion for helping and developing your team currently undergoing their APC.
