Senior Project Manager
Oxford

A dynamic and successful business focused on multi-discipline property and construction consultancy would like to hire a confident and competent individual within their Project Management division. This team successfully implements innovative and creative solutions to ensure they meet their clients project requirements whilst successfully managing out the risk and inefficiencies in a project. Upon joining this company you will be trained and mentored by professionals who are experts in delivering real value and who produce exceptional results.

The division work on delivering a range of projects, from large scale industrial and commercial schemes of circa 20-90m contract values, to much smaller projects for leading sports teams and well known institutions, the unrivalled project and client mix is very exciting.

In this role you will:
Create a detailed client brief
Formulate responsibilities for all the consultants and specialists
Conduct feasibility studies and ensure all planning consents are obtained
Evaluate contractor tenders and appoint
Manage the financial health of the project from start to finish
Inspect and monitor all works to ensure quality and conformity to the agreed specifications
Client reporting including organising regular project meetings
Establish fantastic relationships and regularly update both the client and the design team
