Job Details
You will be responsible for owning project delivery across multiple sites, managing multiple stakeholders and deliver co-living spaces. You will support the management team on delivering the company's strategies by inputting your experience in every step of the development process.
Client Details
Our client is a property development company focusing on short & long stay serviced apartments as well as being a co-living provider across the UK. They have a unique forward-thinking mindset and want to become one of the largest providers in the country within this sector.
In order to achieve their plans they are seeking for an experienced Development Manager, with at least 10 years' experience in a similar position with experience in residential and/or hospitality sectors.
Description
The Senior Development Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of schemes that will encompass short & long stay serviced apartments as well as co-living structures across the UK. They will be leading and owning every stage of the development life-cycle for each projects.
Main functions:
Planning - define and deliver the optimal strategy;
Design - collaborate with and manage internal and external design teams, understand local requirements and translate the design into construction programme;
Construction - responsible to source and procure the best construction route to deliver each project within budget & quality.
Profile
In order to be considered you Must demonstrate a proven track record in delivering complex residential/hospitality projects across London and the UK. The ideal candidate will have already worked for a property development company and will have a construction/real estate related degree.
MRICS qualification is beneficial, not essential.
