The Position:
The position will be extremely rewarding. You will be supporting the principals of the company and will be part of an amazing team where everyone has a VOICE. We’re looking for a full-time Commercial Surveyor/Negotiator with 2 + years’ experience. You will have your own caseload and will be responsible for negotiating on commercial property deals for both leasehold and freehold properties, attending site visits and viewings, reporting recommendations to clients on a regular basis and searching for property.
The salary range is £26,000-£30,000 p.a. plus bonuses and benefits depending on qualifications and experience. Some remote work and flexibility are possible.
