Job Details
We are looking for a building or residential surveyor to service our ever expanding client base and referrals.
We would like a Registered Valuer or ARICS, but are happy to consider newly qualified and chartered applicants.
The work load will be mainly pre-acquisition surveys, but we are expanding into project management, Party Wall and other Building Surveying activities. The object is to develop the role around the skills of the successful candidate and allow them to gain experience in a wide range of activities.
This job will ideal for someone who wants to have a flexible working regime and will be looking to progress their career either through higher qualifications or a better work life balance.
The Managing Director, Tim Jones, is one of the top APC and Project Management Trainers in the country, so you will be assured of excellent quality training and ongoing support.
The role will be home based with weekly meetings in our office in the North Warwickshire village of Baddesley Ensor.
We are comfortable with applications from surveyors who wish to be self employed, part-time or full time.
A generous bonus structure will be in place for the successful candidate.

We work predominantly in the Midlands, but also undertake commissions in London and the South East.
