Senior Valuation Surveyor (Commercial)

An international property consultancy widely regarded as a market leader within the markets it operates in. The organisation has a significant operation in Birmingham and is continuously growing. They currently have an opening for an ambitious valuation surveyor.

The role will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team and offer lots of autonomy, flexibility and opportunities for fast-track progression. The work will be varied and covers red book valuations for secured lending, portfolio and development work. The work covers commercial property in the offices, retail and industrial sectors. You will provide professional, high quality reports to the client and manage the relationships.

To be considered, it's important that you are an MRICS surveyor (or working towards this), with experience within commercial valuation. You must have the ability to build relationships and be motivated to provide a best in class service.
