Job Details
Our Client: Well established construction consultancy with offices throughout the UK.
Projects: Education, Healthcare, Industrial, Commercial, Retail, Leisure, Local Authority, Residential and Industrial
Company Headcount: 30 - 50
Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- MRICS qualified with around 7 years' experience
- Previous experience of acting as QS on commercial, retail, residential and mixed-use schemes
- Good working knowledge of JCT suite of contracts
- Previous experience of undertaking both pre-and post contract duties
