The role will assist in the development and execution of the company's European residential strategies, participating in the process of creating and meeting short/medium term business/operating plans designed to deliver European residential investment solutions for clients. The Investment Analyst will deliver on key tasks including market data research and analysis; running asset/fund financial appraisals; and developing/evolving research models for targeting market sub-sectors.

The role offers notable scope for personal growth, shadowing Investment Managers and assisting with transactional underwriting; fund strategy; capital raising; strategic partnership relationships and investor briefings.


  • Help facilitate the growth of a suite of investment solutions across all forms of European residential asset classes
  • Modelling real estate (and economic) data to deliver views of real estate markets and forecast performance
  • Building and running asset/fund level financial appraisals and forecasts for the purpose of transactional underwriting
  • Work with the fund team to advise on and support the identification and implementation of strategic residential investment management activity
  • Through the provision of real estate underwriting support, together with portfolio and financial analysis, perform a role that supports the assessment and launch of new products and initiatives for existing and prospective investors
  • Investor and Partner engagement, supporting product development, including investment cases
  • Project work to support specific areas of business growth/exploration of new markets
  • Supporting marketing and PR efforts and promote the company in the residential space
  • Ensure data and systems are maintained for accuracy and consistency

Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong real estate modelling experience familiar with asset, SPV and fund appraisals
  • Prior real estate experience; ideally with an understanding of the European resi market
  • Advanced MS Office software skills; working knowledge of real estate modelling
  • Experience of working with Argus Enterprise would be advantageous
  • Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
  • An under-graduate degree with further industry qualifications preferred
