Key Responsibilities

. Running development appraisals and undertaking detailed research into local market evidence in support of assumptions
. Contacting local agents, marketing teams, and using databases to find comparable evidence of recent sales and/or lettings
. Maintaining and updating databases of market evidence including investment and land transactions
. Liaising with other departments within the company to source accurate detail in relation to build costs and operating costs for input into appraisals
. Assisting senior members of the team in the acquisition of new sites by putting together appraisals, offer letters and internal reporting.
. Assisting senior members of the team in the disposal of properties by managing datarooms and preparing marketing brochures

Candidate Profile
. Have a genuine interest in property development and investment and the Build to Rent and Student Accommodation sectors
. Highly proficient in the use of excel, with experience of running development appraisals
. Ability to source market information efficiently using a variety of methods
. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in written English
. Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a demanding team and manage a varied workload

Qualifications and Experience
. 2 - 4 years' relevant real estate experience working for a property consultancy or developer
. Relevant degree (e.g. economics, business, real estate etc.)
. Ideally MRICS but not essential with relevant experience
