Project Manager

A superb opportunity for a project manager to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy who operate within commercial new-build and fit-out and large-scale refurbishment projects.

About the client;

Our client mainly delivers new office space for an occupier, through bringing new life to a run-down building with an extensive refurbishment scheme, to running a multi-million-pound mixed use development. Their service offerings cover project and cost management, development management, investment advisory and planning amongst others.

About the role;

The client operates a silo-like business model hence depending on your skill set and project experience there are a couple of options. You will either be working within the new build, fit-out or refurbishment team all of which cover London centric schemes.

About you;

You will be a project manager, ideally chartered, within a consultancy who operates in the same field however this is not essential. Degree educated, within construction, is a bonus but not essential.

In return you will be rewarded with;
