£45,000 - £55,000 + car allowance + benefits + discretionary bonus

An opportunity to join an Independent firm of property advisors which operate nationally. This role will be based from an East London office, overseeing central London and outer London assets. The role involves carrying out asset management for landlords, occupiers and property companies. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and Director of the firm.

The role

• Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals
• L&T management
• Service charge, rent collections
• Offering advice on assets
• Valuations; adding value to properties; advising clients best practice
• Inspections
• Asset Management
• Health and safety management and compliance checks
• Property Acquisition/ disposal advice
• Contractual obligations
• Liasing with Maintenace contractors for minor and major repairs

The Individual

• The successful candidate will be an experienced commercial property manager
• Will be MRICS qualified with some mentoring experience
• Agile, progressive and keen to progress within a leading firm
