The opportunity has arisen for a Senior Estates Surveyor to join a global commercial real estate firm. They are looking for someone to provide full property management services to existing corporate occupier clients, to the highest of standards. They will be working within the Corporate Real Estate Management team and work across several corporate occupier clients to deliver estate management services.

Responsibilities

• To ensure cost effective operational running of allocated sites
• Liaison with clients and 3rd parties i.e. landlords and their agents to ensure uninterrupted use of the client's premises, effectively acting as the intermediary between landlord and tenant
• For sublet properties, monitor income collection and tenant liaison
• Lease hold management
• Manage and liaise with other teams and other professionals to provide a full service to the client
• Directly communicating with key clients and corporate occupiers and advising on strategic value add processes
• Delivery of regular and accurate client reports
• Services undertaken within client budget

The individual

• Up to date knowledge of legislation regarding property management
• Basic IT skills
• Previously worked in a property management team with demonstrable technical competence
• From a general practice background
• Degree level estate management qualification or equivalent
• MRICS Qualified
