Chartered Building Surveyor - Contract position (Surrey)

Chartered Building Surveyor;

An award-winning multi-discipline firm is a seeking an experienced building surveyor to undertake an initial 6 month contract, the duration of this term can be extended past this original period.

My client is a public sector specialist they lead exclusive projects from inception to completion, four of their projects have been shortlisted for the 'RICS 2019 Project of the Year'. Due to the increase of instructions a position has arisen in the team.

Predominately the work is in the Surrey area, we're looking for a surveyor with strong project experience. You'll liaise with high level stakeholders daily along with managing and monitoring large schemes.

Responsibilities;

• Contract administration
• Project management
• Party wall matters
• Schedules of condition
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Building surveys
• Condition reports
• Report writing

Requirements;

• BSc/MSc Building Surveying
• Chartered MRICS/MCIOB
• Proven project management experience
• Client facing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
