Graduate Quantity Surveyor

THE ROLE

I am seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor in the Building Construction industry who has an RICS accredited Degree in Quantity Surveying and is keen to work towards becoming chartered whilst join a firm of PQS in central London.

You will do both pre contract and post contract work.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects including construction projects for higher education projects, large residential and mixed use projects and some commercial projects.

THE COMPANY

My client is a medium to large firm of multi disciplinary construction consultants providing both cost management (quantity surveying), project management, building surveying and architecture to a wide range of clients.

They have a number of offices across the U.K. and are expanding.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with an RICS accredited Degree in Quantity Surveying.

My client is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who would like to become chartered with the RICS.

You may have just completed your degree or gained some QS experience either during or after graduating.

You will work closely with an Associate or a Senior QS and support will be given to become chartered.

You must have good communication skills, both written and spoken.

Excellent prospects for ambitious candidates to work closely with clients and the professional teams.

Salary is negotiable according to level of experience plus pension, RICS fees etc.
