Job Details
Our client provides Consultancy services for Construction, infrastructure and change projects across the UK.
Due to an increase in their current work load they are looking for 2 Quantity Surveyors on a permanent basis to join their team based in either Leeds, Manchester or Stoke.
To be considered for this role you will:
- Be an MRICS QS or have gained the equivalent level of previous experience.
- If not MRICS be looking to work towards this
- Degree qualified in a Construction related discipline
- Ideally have gained some previous experience working within a Consultancy based role
- You will have experience within a QS and EA role
- Ideally some previous experience within the housing, affordable housing or extra care sectors.
My client is prepared to be flexible on the salary to attract the right people for the role as this will reflect your level of previous experience.
