Building Operations Manager
Our client, one of London's best events and conference venues is currently recruiting for an Building Operations Manager to run this exceptional trophy site in Central London. As the face of the venue you and the operations department will pride yourself on delivering exemplary levels of customer service to enhance the visitor experience. You will be responsible for the effective delivery of Facilities Management for clients and their suppliers. You will take the lead in proactively providing and successfully delivering a welcoming, secure, clean, safe and comfortable environment for all users of the facilities. You will be responsible for supervising the Centre's TFM contract within the allocated budget and managing the Centre's utilities budget. You will apply best practice to improve efficiency by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity. You will represent the Centre's ethos and ethics by ensuring all clients and their guests receive outstanding, award winning service.
