About us

We are a small professional client focused team celebrating our 30th anniversary and have an enviable reputation. As part of continued expansion we require a dynamic individual to join with a view to a long term senior position in the company. The person must be a member of the RICS, have wide ranging experience in all aspects of building surveying likely including: –

  • specification writing and contract administration
  • schedules of condition
  • defect analysis
  • report writing
  • technical due diligence
  • dilapidations
  • building pathology
  • planned maintenance
  • reinstatement cost assessments
  • expert witness
  • party wall and neighbourly matters

The Candidate

The candidate must be personable, have a sense of humour, have a full driving licence and access to a car,  be competent with Microsoft office packages, be confident with direct client relationships, be proactive, a team player and have a commercial understanding.

Ideally the person will have an existing client portfolio and have experience with CAD.
