Project Manager - 30-50k + car allowance & bonus - Northamptonshire
The Company:
A dynamic firm of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors based in Northampton. Over the past 26 years they have built up an excellent reputation working nationally with a number of Blue-Chip Clients primarily in the Industrial / Commercial, Education and Healthcare Sectors. Our Clients include Legal & General, Travis Perkins, The Co-operative, Roxhill Developments, db symmetry, Wrenbridge Land, Barwood Developments, Tungsten Properties, Equation Properties, UK Mail, Northampton School for Boys and Bedford Girls' School on schemes ranging from £1million to £50million.
About the Role
* Project Manager / Senior Project Manager at our Northampton office
* You and your team will be responsible for seeing projects through from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality
About You
* Experienced Construction Project Manager (5 years +) / Senior Project Manager
* Able to lead a project in a team environment and report directly to a Client
* Good understanding of construction technology, sufficient to carry out quality inspections and reports
* Experienced in construction procurement, contracts (particularly JCT) and administering projects
* Experience within the Industrial, Education and / or Multi-Room sectors desirable
* Professionally qualified (preferably MRICS, MCIOB) with a Consultancy background. (Candidates that are in the process of gaining a professional qualification will be considered)
