Assistant Building Surveyor - Ref: #6359

A well-established, national consultancy located in Bristol are currently seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their expanding south west presence.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will primarily be working across a range of project focused instructions, however will still receive exposure to the full range of professional services.

As the successful Assistant Building Surveyor, you will be working towards your RICS APC and ideally have a years experience within a commercial building consultancy.

The Role of The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will include;

  • Contract administration
  • Project management
  • Schedules of conditions
  • Dilapidations

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have;

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Working towards RICS APC
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience withing a commercial consultancy or private practice

In Return, The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £22,000 - £28,000
