Chartered Building Surveyor

An attractive opportunity has been created for a senior building surveyor to join a well-regarded building consultancy, dealing with a portfolio of large commercial clients in West London.

About the client; 

The business employs 170 staff across 8 offices, operating with clients on a local, national and global scale. They provide project management and building consultancy services within the commercial space, across warehouse, retail, logistics, offices, and mixed-use development.

Types of clients they work with range from; occupiers, investors, developers, and owners, delivering projects from a few hundred thousand to schemes that cover 2 million sq. ft. The projects are heavily engineered and have a high complexity level of automation, as well as very tight build programs.

About you;

The opportunity will see you working closely with the head of building surveying in the development of the service line in London. Despite being a senior appointment, it is anticipated that you will be promoted to associate quickly with a clear, achievable route to partnership in 2-3 years.

This position would suit somebody who is looking to be a part of a very fast paced environment, who enjoys project work and is looking to grow within a privately-owned business, where there are no limits to your progression and compensation.

You will be chartered with a minimum of 2+ yrs. PQE, with good commercial acumen as well as the tenacity and drive to see yourself leading a department in due course. You will be expected to mentor your peers completing their APC and have active involvement in managing new existing relationships.

Compensation; 

In return you will be rewarded with;

-    £50,000 - £60,000+ (Competitive)
