Building Surveyor

Our client are a Property Design and Management Consultancy with offices through out the UK are currently looking for a Building Surveyor to join their current team based in Leeds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying a variety of daily tasks such as Condition Surveys and Project work with the emphasis being on the Condition Surveying of commercial buildings to include schools and corporate buildings initially.

You need excellent communication skills, coupled with an ability to form effective relationships with our clientele. We are looking for a Building Surveyor from a strong, varied construction back ground as the teams works in a wide range of sectors including - Housing, Education, Commercial, Heritage/Conservation and Leisure..

Skills/Experience:

• Be Degree qualified ideally in Building Surveying
• A good knowledge of Building Regulations and other construction and building related legislation
• Previous experience carrying out condition surveys on commercial properties
