Your new employer is a growing General Practice consultancy with offices in Coventry and Birmingham. They are looking to find a highly motivated and dedicated Property to join their team in Coventry. They have a relaxed but professional culture and are looking for personable individual to join their office and flourish in their career as well as becoming a lead in developing their Property Management department further.
Your new role
Your new role will be working on commercial property within Coventry, Warwickshire and the Midlands. You will be carrying out valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews, landlord and tenant, surveys and inspections and dilapidation. Every day will be different in this role and will provide you with exposure to develop your skill set further.
What you'll need to succeed
Your new employer is looking for a highly motivated candidate with a drive and commitment to building their career. You will ideally have at least 3 to 5 years experience in a General Practice consultancy carrying out a variety of the roles above.
What you'll get in return
Your new employer is offering a competitive salary between £28000 to £45,000 depending on experience as well as great holiday allowance and benefits. They will be looking to find a person who they can assist in developing their career and who can help them grow their business.
