A highly reputable, national property consultancy located in Birmingham are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their experienced and expanding consultancy

The successful Building Surveyor will be working on a mix of professional and project work, whilst assisting senior members of the building consultancy team on a wide range of instructions.

As the successful Building Surveyor, you will be fully supported towards your APC with a structured personal development plan a dedicated support network put in place.

The Role of The Successful Building Surveyor will include;

  • Contract Administrations
  • Schedules of condition
  • Technical Due diligence
  • Building Pathology
  • Specification/maintenance management

The Successful Building Surveyor will have;

  • 18+ months APC Diary
  • BSc or MSc Building Surveying
  • Experience in liaising with clients
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD desirable
  • Strong work ethic and able to work off own initiative

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £28,000 - £36,000
