Project Manager

A tremendous opportunity has been presented for a project manager to join one of the best property and construction consultancies in Oxford.

About the client;

Our client is a top 20 multi-disciplinary consultancy offering a variety of services which include, project management, building surveying, cost management and architecture.

Projects vary in size and complexity and can be valued to up £300 million, usually within the commercial, residential, automotive and healthcare sectors.

About the role;

The successful candidate will be joining the healthcare team, and will work alongside a highly successful associate. You will need  to undertake a number of different duties including, contract administration, feasibility studies and liaising with different stakeholders throughout the process of different projects.

About you;

You must have a property or construction related degree and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. It is essential that you have healthcare project experience and high quality oral and written communication. NEC and/or JCT contract experience is also desirable.

Compensation;

• Up to £50,000 base salary
• Car allowance
• Pension matched to 5%
