Job Details
Our Client: Well established multi-disciplinary firm of property consultants with offices in the South East and South West.
Projects: Retail, Industrial, Education, Healthcare, Local Authority, Commercial, Housing, Sports and Leisure.
Company Headcount: 40 - 50
Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:
- Experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy
- MRICS qualified or working towards qualificatio
- Previous experience of project management, producing bills of quantities, agreeing final accounts, cost control and the tendering process
