The expanding London building surveying team of this international consultant provide a broad range of services to a variety of Public and Private Sector clients working on a variety of projects ranging from large scale refurbishments to one off professional services and TDD Instructions.
As such they have several requirements for building surveyors from newly qualified MRICS to Executive grade.
The role will require knowledge of project management of refurbishment schemes (up to £500k in value); design and contract administration (JCT and NEC); building surveys – condition; defect reports and pre-acquisition (TDD); dilapidations (for both L & T) and party wall and neighbourly matters.
Applicants must have a Building Surveying degree or similar, be MRICS / MCIOB, and have experience of managing projects in the public and private sector.
The team expansion means there is plenty of scope for career progression within a collegiate environment with a blue-chip client base.
