Job Details
Your Role:
You will manage an extensive corporate portfolio including investment and operational assets. As a senior member of the asset management team your aim will be to maximise value from the portfolio through undertaking:
- Acquisitions & disposals
- Landlord & Tenant
- Lease renewals & rent reviews
- Valuations
About You:
Ideally you will be MRICS & Registered valuer. However, they will consider candidates that don't hold these qualifications if you hold relevant experience.
