Senior Project Manager
A international Property Consultants with full UK coverage, are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the company's Croydon office.
The Company
The newly appointed Senior Project Manager will be joining a hugely successful consultancy, who specialise in a variety of projects in a variety of sectors. They have significant prescence in the UK and overseas.
The Role
The Senior Project Manager role will involve day to day running of a number of projects, predominantly on Commercial, Health, Residential and Education. You will manage your own case load, with the support of junior team members.
The Senior Project manager will develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients and provide a tailor made service from feasibility stage.
The Person
The successful Senior Project Manager for this role will come from a Surveying background and have a demonstrably progressive career, now seeking to take the next step.
This is an excellent platform to launch the next stage of your career. You will preferably be chartered through MRICS and have previous consultancy experience.
Strong and demonstrable business development and commercial acumen.
