A City based property consultancy is looking to strengthen their Building Surveying team. This organisation is a boutique commercial multi-discipline firm. They offer bespoke services and advice to a wide range of clients across Central London.

The role available is for an all-round surveyor to undertake projects and professional work, there is a healthy variation of schemes to lead.

Technical Responsibilities;

• Party wall issues
• Dilapidations
• Building surveys
• Contract administration
• Preparation of specifications
• Working with our external architects with the preparation of specifications and drawings
• Construction design and detailing
• Building Regulation and planning applications
• Project management
• Feasibility reports
• Conversion work
• Commercial refurbishment projects

Successful surveyor;

• MRICS 2 years+
• Client facing demeanour
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and driven attitude
