Quantity Surveyor, Surrey
A professional chartered Quantity Surveying practice are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their fast paced, family feel team, in Caterham Surrey.
The Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join an experienced team who offer tailored APC support and exposure to high profile projects across London and the South East.
As part of the role, the successful Quantity Surveyor will undertake pre and post contract roles including cost planning & reporting, attending site, negotiating and preparing final accounts, and much more.
Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will assist them on large scale projects whilst being responsible for your own projects valuing between £500k and £15million. As you develop and settle in, you will receive greater autonomy.
The successful Quantity Surveyor
- 18+ months Quantity Surveying experience
- RICS accredited degree
- Basic pre and post contract knowledge
- Able to commute to the Caterham area
- Articulate and ambitious
- Hard-working
- Begun the APC or seeking to start
