An international, building and project consultancy located in Glasgow are currently seeking a Building Surveyor to join their expanding and developing team.

The successful Building Surveyor will be working on a wide range instructions covering both professional and project work across a variety of sectors including; commercial, healthcare, retail and residential.

As the successful Building Surveyor, you will have an interest in liaising with and developing relationships with clients as well as running projects from inception to completion.

The Role of The Successful Building Surveyor will include;

  • Contract administration
  • Project management
  • Dilapidations
  • Technical due diligence

The Successful Building Surveyor will have;

  • RICS accredited degree
  • 3 years' experience within a consultancy or private practice
  • Experience managing clients and their expectations
  • Strong IT skills and experience in using AutoCAD.
  • Full UK Driving licence

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £30,000 - £40,000
  • 23 days annual leave
