Facilities Officer role in South Yorkshire on a temporary post for a period of 12 months

A public sector organisation based in South Yorkshire looking for a Facilities Officer for a temporary post to cover maternity leave for a period of 12 months.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the delivery of customer-focused and cost-effective facilities and project management services that supports the development and maintenance of the property portfolio. You will undertake risk assessments, performance surveys and reviews, inspections and present reports and designs. You will also carry out on site visits, monitor the performance of premises staff and develop improvement plans where needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be well organised, confident and enthusiastic with experience in Facilities Management delivering statutory risk assessments and performance monitoring. You will have excellent customer liaison skills to deliver on the wide-ranging objectives required and have experience in the use of IT systems to support service delivery.
