Your new company
Your new employer is a multi-disciplinary property management consultancy who has recently opened a new office in Birmingham to complement their 2 other well-established offices in other regions. Specialising in providing professional services which include, although not exhaustive, attaining funding for education clients via funding streams available, project management, health & safety and employers agent.
Your new role
Your new role will cover a wide range of tasks including building surveys, defect analysis, feasibility studies, Party Wall procedures, tender documents, contract administration, project management and procurement through RIBA work stages. The focus of the role will be within new build, extension, refurbishment and elemental renewal building projects.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate is a member of RICS or soon approaching to pass their APC. You will be an ambitious and driven individual looking to grow within a company and delivering a high standard to your clients. You will be able to pitch and win clients and build strong relationships that last. A candidate who has strong experience within Education background will be most suitable, however if you have significant understanding of capital funding streams and ways of Education sector you will also be a suitable candidate.
