Assistant Quantity Surveyor, Brighton

A small, multi-disciplinary consultancy are seeking a bright Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their young team who are currently gaining first-hand experience and progressing with their APC.

An established Quantity Surveying practice, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working within a close knit team of surveyors providing traditional quantity surveying services (pre & post contact) under the supervision of the Directors.

The Consultancy has a variety of fast paced and modern hotel, restaurant, and leisure schemes ongoing and in the pipeline; all of which the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be involved in.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc or MSc in a Quantity Surveying related degree
  • 6+ months Quantity Surveying experience; ideally in a PQS environment
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Basic pre or post contract knowledge
  • Driving licence
