Maintenance Surveyor

Our client is a leading charity with an extensive portfolio across the UK delivering annual profits in the millions with future plans to expand their portfolio year on year.

We are looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to join their Surrey office. You will be part of the Retail Division looking after the South of England maintaining their shops, stores, storage units and offices.

What we require you to have:

• A Building Surveying degree (or equivalent)
• An understanding of property legislation
• Previous retail experience

The successful candidate will work with autonomy and initiative, while carrying out surveys, specifying, tendering and supervising on site as needed.

You need to have experience in maintenance inspections, defect diagnosis and repair plans in occupied buildings along with excellent communication skills.
