As the incoming Property Management Surveyor/Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class Property Management services to the client, building excellent relationships and following process to carry out work as required.

The team have a broad portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial properties.

  • Full responsibility for your own portfolio of properties
  • Effectively managing client relationships
  • Day-to-day Property Management
  • Promote a culture of excellent customer service
  • Responding and dealing with lease queries promptly
  • Managing tenant relationships and responding to repair queries

    The ideal Property Management Surveyor/Senior Surveyor candidate to join the Birmingham based team will:

  • Have experience in Commercial Property Management
  • Have a positive attitude to work and a team-player mentality
  • Enjoy working without close supervision
  • Be a good communicator
  • Be MRICS or AssocRICS
  • Have excellent attention to detail and strong analytic skills
