The Role

As an experienced Town Planner, you will be joining the Planning and Development arm of the business; playing a pivotal role in the continued success of the team.

With several existing projects and with a well-established client-base, this role will have more of a focus on delivering work to a high standard whilst maintaining and building upon existing relationships with clients (rather than new business development).

Working on a wide variety of schemes, your new role will involve:

• Managing multiple projects, involving project management
• Providing town planning consultancy to clients
• Residential and commercial development
• Preparation and submission of planning application and appeals
• Mentoring junior members of the team

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be an experienced Town Planner (ideally chartered) from either a public or private sector background. Above all, you will have a natural ability to build strong relationships and be driven and motivated to grow and develop a successful team.
