SPPM are a small highly specialised project management consultancy exclusively working on exciting commercial / mixed use developments in the West End & Central London.

We provide an experienced, dedicated and fully focused service to our Private Sector Clients from project inception to completion with continual involvement throughout the letting stages. Our Clients are a range of major developers and estate owners with extensive portfolios of property holdings throughout the West End. The projects we are involved with are innovative, award winning schemes which whilst demanding and challenging, provide a real sense of satisfaction and interest.  

We are seeking a Project Manager with the ability to work alongside our Clients to enhance the value of their portfolios both through conventional development and alternate design led strategies.

Ideally Chartered with either a Construction company, Architectural or Surveying background. You will have at least 4 years experience of autonomously running and delivering commercial / mixed use development projects. You will be able to demonstrate the commitment, ability and enthusiasm to lead a full design team in the implementation of difficult and demanding projects whilst confidently engaging with our Clients.

Salary range dependent on experience - £60,000 to £75,000 plus bonus
