Position:           Building Surveyor

Location:          Newark upon Trent, Nottingham

Salary:              up to £40k dependent on experience

About the Company

A multi-disciplined consultancy covering construction and property services, project management, funding, regeneration and economic development with offices in Nottingham, Leicester, Newark, Boston and London.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and resourceful individual with a Building Surveying or related degree background and ideally 3 years PQE. Services will be delivered across a number of sectors including health, industrial, commercial, domestic, residential and leisure. Your role will be varied day to day and cover some or all of the following:

• Site Appraisal and Measured Surveys
• Preparing Tender documentation
• Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration roles
• Project Management
• Quality Inspections including snagging
• Support under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996
• Dilapidations
• Schedules/Record of Condition
