My client is a leading real estate service provider, specialising in Commercial property. They have a requirement for an experienced Building Manager for one of their newest acquisitions. The building is one of the most prestigious properties in their portfolio, due to its central London location and new build status. This is a unique opportunity as you will be managing a building from its inception and take responsibility for the full mobilization.
The business has just under 3,000 employees and they are thriving in the market, continuously acquiring new assets. It's a chance to move into a highly established corporation which still manages to look after it's employees and you can still experience that close knit, 'family feel'.
The building itself is ~200,000 sq ft, multi-tenanted and will hold commercial office and retail space. We are looking for a Building Manager who has experience with managing service charge and budgets, management of all Health and Safety, managing contractors and liaison with clients and tenants. You will need the relevant health & safety qualifications and memberships.
