Job Details
Senior Quantity Surveyor – Essex
Senior Quantity Surveyor required by UK based construction and property consultant to work across a range of sectors at management level in either their established office in Essex.
You will be comfortable with all stages of the project lifecycle incuding preparing budget estimates / cost plans; tender documents; interim valuations; cost reports and final accounts including the evaluation of Contractor’s claims; effective variation control and reporting direct to clients including presentations.
As a senior member of the business you will be expected to help more junior members of staff through their APC and to manage teams. This is a very client facing role and you will be comfortable being the key client contact on schemes.
