Our Client: A leading independent multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy
Projects: Heritage, Education, Hotel, Leisure, Industrial, Mixed use, Commercial, Residential and Retail
Company Headcount: 150 - 250
Requirements of the Senior Building Surveyor:
- MRICS qualified
- Previous contract administration, employer's agent, defect analysis, party wall, dilapidations and due diligence experience
- Proven management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
- Experience of working within a consultancy/client organisation
