About the client;

The client is well established across the UK with offices in Birmingham, London, Manchester, Bristol and Leeds. Their main service offering covers project and cost management, building surveying and advisory services. Typically, their clients are investors/developers (residential, commercial, retail), universities, local and central governments.

About the role;

As a Partner you will be leading the charge to increase market share, delivery of current contracts and maintaining and growing current client. You will be managing a ten strong project management team and report directly to the office managing partner.

About you;

You will be an associate director, director/partner within a construction consultancy with a strong track record of delivery and business development within the industrial/logistics sector.
