Associate Project Manager

A superb opportunity for an associate project manager to join a medium sized consultancy, in Birmingham, to drive growth within education.

About the client;

The client is well established across the UK with offices in Birmingham, London, Manchester, Bristol and Leeds. Their main service offering covers project and cost management, building surveying and advisory services. Typically, their clients are investors/developers (residential, commercial, retail), universities, local and central governments.

About the role;

As an associate you will be tasked with business development across higher education and education clients be it universities or local government. There will be an element of team management as the project management team is ten strong. Project delivery is key – there are a range of schemes currently in play with values ranging from £1m to £30m.

About you;

Ideally, you will be a senior/associate project manager with a strong track record of work within the education sector. Also, project delivery from start to finish is vital as the majority of client’s projects see you working from RIBA 2 – 7. Degree educated is desirable and ideally within the construction field.
