A forward thinking, national property consultancy located in Dundee are currently seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their progressive, expanding office.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be confident in their ability to work both as part of a team and on their own initiative and has experience of working within a consultancy.

As the successful Assistant Building Surveyor, you will be undertaking a wide variety of traditional building surveying instructions whilst working towards completion of your APC.

The Role of The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will include;

• Contract administration
• Schedules of dilapidations
• Project management
• Defect diagnostics

The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have;

• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
• Ideally 18+ months APC diary
• Consultancy or Private practice background preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Full UK driving licence

In Return, The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will receive;

• £24,000 - £34,000
• Car allowance
• 24 days annual leave
