Senior Quantity Surveyor - Manchester

This vibrant multi disciplinary consultancy with offices across the UK are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with previous experience managing young Quantity Surveyors to join their new team in Manchester.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have an exciting young team of around 6-7 people there, who are taking on a wide range of interesting, challenging projects over the coming months.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a range of build sector projects including:

Residential, Commercial, Education, Industrial - Both New Build and Refurb up to £50m

The Quantity Surveyors Role

  • Delivery of new build and refurb projects
  • Inception to completion
  • Pre contract
  • Post contract

The Quantity Surveyor

  • A construction related degree
  • Experience within a PQS environment
  • Experience of running projects from inception to completion
  • Employers Agent Experience
  • Extensive Cost Plan Experience
