£40-45,000 + benefits + bonus

Initially working through a well know and well regarded UK managing agent you will be looking after two sites on behalf of an outstanding client who are carrying out major refurbishments on both assets. The client is currently looking to acquire further large multi-let commercial assets in Manchester and as such would potentially look to take this person on directly in the near future. The client will be involved in the selection process and will also be who you report into on a daily basis which will give you plenty of opportunity to prove yourself. You will have the full support of the managing agent to assist you. The role will include:

" Mobilisation management
" Maintain elogbook's solution
" Contractor management
" Service charge budgets and reconciliations
" Small works management
" Overseeing fit out/refurbishment works
" Utilities management
" Management of building manager staff
" Health & Safety

To be considered you must have 5+ yrs. experience of buildings/facilities management from a managing agent perspective with IOSH/NEBOSH.
